Intermediate level Spanish courses

The Instituto Cervantes offers 4 intermediate level Spanish courses: Intermediate 1, 2, 3 & 4. Each student receives 30 hours of instruction for each course.

General Objective
Students will be able to understand the gist of a conversation on everyday matters at a normal speed of delivery. They will also be able to express opinions using simple linguistic structures.

Intermediate 1 - Objectives

Define the objectives of the course.
Talk about your knowledge of languages.
Create a linguistic biography.
Talk about yourself and get to know your classmates.

Intermediate 2  - Objectives

Business planning activities.
Create a campaign to prevent accidents and health problems.
Design and plan an environment that makes daily life comfortable and easy.

Intermediate 3 - Objectives

To be able to talk about something that happened in the past. 
Understand and create advertisements.
Talk about the future. 

Intermediate 4 - Objectives

Discover and interpret problems and personal conflicts and propose appropriate solutions.
Learn how to leave messages.
Understand the contents of a message.
To debate a subject in a text.
Obtain information about a culture.
