Registration for Spanish Courses

To register for a class by phone, please call (505) 724-4777. You may also visit us in person to enroll.

Payment may be made in cash, check, money order, Visa or MasterCard.  Full payment must be received at the time of registration.  Please register early as class size is limited to 12 students. 

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00am-5:00pm and Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. 

Course Cancellations

Instituto Cervantes reserves the right to cancel courses for which fewer than 5 students have registered.  Students registered in a cancelled course will be notified and may transfer to another section or request a full refund.

Refund Policy

Tuition fees are refundable ONLY if requested in writing before the second class of the course.  Refunds will be issued to all students who cancel in writing by the refund/cancellation deadline.  Cancellations can be e-mailed or faxed (adxabq@cervantes.es / (505) 246-2613).  We cannot accept cancellations by phone or regular mail.  We do not grant refunds for registrations received after the refund deadline.  We do not prorate classes or transfer unused class time to another semester.

Payments made by check will be refunded by check twenty-one (21) days from the date of the payment.  Refunds of payments made by credit card will be credited back to the credit card unless otherwise specified.  Cash payments will be refunded by check.

Returned Checks

There will be a $25.00 processing fee for all returned checks.
